1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to WINGSTONE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WINGSTONE website, mobile applications, and other online storefront products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Customer Accounts & Purchases

To complete certain purchases or access member features, you may be required to register for a customer account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (including simulated OTP session access codes) and for all actions taken under your account profile.

All prices listed on our storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any product or refuse service to any customer without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched from our design studios within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination region. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are detailed on our Shipping page. WINGSTONE is not liable for delayed shipments caused by customs clearances, weather anomalies, or third-party carrier failures.

4. Intellectual Property

All original designs, streetwear graphics, tailoring patterns, website layouts, photography assets, and branding marks displayed on this storefront are the exclusive property of WINGSTONE Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
