Refund Processing
Once your returned package is received at our logistics center, it will undergo a quality inspection check within 3-5 business days. Once approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
Refund Timelines
Refund timelines depend on your financial institution:
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your card statement.
- UPI & Netbanking: 2-3 business days.
- Store Credit: Issued instantly as an electronic gift card once the return is approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund statement within the specified timelines:
- Double-check your bank account statement or card statement once more.
- Contact your credit card issuer or banking institution, as transaction clearances can be delayed.

Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping costs, customs clearance duties, and cash-on-delivery handling fees are non-refundable. If a return is processed, the return shipping shipping fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the total refund amount.
