Refund Processing

Once your returned package is received at our logistics center, it will undergo a quality inspection check within 3-5 business days. Once approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

Refund Timelines

Refund timelines depend on your financial institution:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your card statement.
  • UPI & Netbanking: 2-3 business days.
  • Store Credit: Issued instantly as an electronic gift card once the return is approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund statement within the specified timelines:

  1. Double-check your bank account statement or card statement once more.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer or banking institution, as transaction clearances can be delayed.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at **billing@wingstone.studio**.

Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping costs, customs clearance duties, and cash-on-delivery handling fees are non-refundable. If a return is processed, the return shipping shipping fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the total refund amount.
